DOWNLOAD: EXILE – INTRO TO THE OUTRO MIXTAPE

Yep we are hitting you up with a genuine neck breakah. Cause once tha beat drops tha headnodding does not stop.

But most of you knew some serious hip hop was coming your way as soon as you saw ..”Exile”. Last time we heard from Exile he had fans on the edge of their seat with his AM/FM release cause the (at the time) free load  “Radio Remixes” already sounded to good to be free.

I am happy to announce he is back and on the 4th of October Exile’s latest will drop. The selfproduced rap album is named “4TRAK MIND” and will be released via Soul Spazm & Dirty Science.

Of course Exile wouldn’t be Exile if he didn’t offer a little sumthin sumthin to whet your appetite and Strangefruitmusicblog wouldn’t be Strangefruitmusicblog if we didn’t hit you up with Exile’s Intro to the Outro …

souurce: dirty science

We will have to wait a litlle while longer for the album to drop (22nd March) and we have featured a live performance video of this track before but the official video is most definitely something else.

Pharoahe Monch premieres his first visual from W.A.R. (We Are Rengades) out March 22nd. A 10-minute short film, Pharoahe Monch evokes raw emotions as he brings viewers on a journey of a police raid gone dramatically wrong.

This tune might sound familiar and if it does it’s simply because you have stumbled upon the live version before.  Yes people …we have been keeping a close watch on Pharaohe Monchs “W.A.R.” ever since we found out the album was coming and we are not about to stop now.

The release date that was set for 22nd of February has been moved to late March. But as we all know it takes time to deliver something worthwhile so we will just hold on a little longer as we stream the CDQ version of “Clap (One Day)

Rapper Pharaohe Monch’s third studio album W.A.R. (We Are Renegades) is set for release on the 14th of September. According to Monch, the album will feature guest appearances from Styles P, Talib Kweli, Black Thought (of The Roots), Vernon Reid (of Living Colour), Prince Po (other half of Organized Konfusion), Cee-Lo Green, Jean Grae, Phonte (of Little Brother) and other artists. The album will also feature production from Pharoahe Monch, Mr. Porter, Black Milk, Nottz, Exile, M-Phases, Fatin, Marco Polo, Samiyam, Mike Low and Lee Stone.

There is no tracklist available just yet but the following tracks are certain to be on the album…

    • “Shine” (feat. Mela Machinko) (Produced by Diamond D)
    • “Mamma’s Boy” (Produced by Lee Stone)
    • “5 On The Black Hand Side” (feat. Styles P & Phonte) (Produced by Mr. Porter)
    • “W.A.R.” (feat. Vernon Reid of Living Color) (Produced by Marco Polo)

To me the list with names of producers/artists which Mr. Monch collaborates with on this release is impressive enough….but it’s tracks like Shine that will have me visit the record store.
